I hope the Programmer could read this or some how know the programmer xDaris for the mod.
if ist possible it would be nice to add a feature to the lovely toggler:
currently its flowing items when the toggel is empty and stop when its full.
may be it would be nice to make a negativ button.
thats means the throttle is closed by Default and will open if the toggel say belt is full (and not by if its empty):
example by a big storage handling to Prevent a storage to over flow and block a mixed incoming belt before.
