Utility Signs v1.0.0 - dotted font bug report

This mod have a little bug with the accented character and dotted font
a picture is better than a long explanation, especially with my poor English :wink:

Anyone that know how to contact the creator of this Mod “UTILITY SIGNS” ? I like to make this Mod to work again. I have someone that can have a look on it but Im not sure if I need the permision from the one that created the Mod.
